My Journey of Growth

I have been in retail for 28 years, working at various places like Eckerd Pharmacy, Foley’s Department Store, Dillard’s for Kiehl’s Skin Care, Gap, Guess, Old Navy, and Children’s Place, among others. Currently, I serve as a store manager at Bath & Body Works. My interest in writing, PR, and communications has always been strong, and my daily interactions with diverse customers teach me invaluable lessons. Returning to school was essential for me, as I wanted to show my children that they can finish their education, pursue new paths later in life, and strive for greatness beyond what they see in their surroundings. I am also passionate about influencing my team to excel and further their education, and I believe that leading by example is crucial, which is why I chose to go back to school in my 40s.
